Donations do not arrive

Most often the service was simply never finished being set up — the module is off, the token was never entered, or DonatePay's own switch is off. Check that first: see the "Monetization" guide, section "Setting up a service".

What to check

1. Does it say "Sign-in required"? Sign in again on that service's page. DonationAlerts needs this more often than the others: the service gives out access that simply expires and cannot be renewed in the background.
2. Is the platform ticked in the consumer's own filter? Fundraising, Statistics, Alerts, the auction, Scenarios, the AI agent and the voice-over each have a "count donations from" list. A platform unticked there is skipped silently — the donation arrives but that one feature ignores it.

The donation is missing from the stream totals

Statistics records donations even outside a broadcast. A donation that arrived while no session was running is stored, just not attached to that stream.

DonationAlerts also imports past history once and rechecks it periodically; if that import was interrupted it retries on the next start, and Statistics → Rebuild donation history forces it.
