Refunds

This page is short because there is only one thing to pay for. Everything that runs on your computer is free, so a refund can only concern a subscription — the AI credits spent on our server.

Try it before paying

A new account gets free credits precisely so that the AI can be tried before any money changes hands. Spend them first: it is the honest way to find out whether the model answers the way your chat needs, and it costs nothing.

Fourteen days after a payment

Write within fourteen days of a payment and the money comes back. If the credits of that period are untouched, all of it. If some were already spent, we return the rest and keep only what was used — those requests were paid to the model provider the moment they were answered, and that money is already gone.

A renewal you did not want

A subscription renews on its own, and it is easy to forget about one you no longer use. If a renewal was charged and the new period’s credits are untouched, write to us and the payment comes back in full. The same fourteen days apply, counted from the charge.

When the fault is ours

If the server side was unavailable long enough to make the paid period pointless, or if we discontinue the AI features altogether, the time you paid for and did not get comes back to you. You do not have to argue for this — we count the days and return the difference.

What does not come back

• Credits already spent on answers. They were paid onward for you at the moment of the request.
• A period that has been used up. Fourteen days is the window; after it, a subscription that worked as promised is not returned.
• A period on an account suspended for breaking the Terms of Use.

How to ask

Write to straimer.com@gmail.com from the email address of your account, or name the account you signed in with, and say when the payment was made. No forms and no reasons required — “I changed my mind” is a complete answer. We reply within a couple of days.

Money is returned by the payment provider to the same card or wallet it came from. That takes up to ten working days; how long exactly depends on your bank, which is out of our hands.

Your rights under the law

The rules above are ours and they are meant to be generous. Whatever consumer law where you live gives you on top of them stays yours, and nothing on this page takes it away.
