Terms of Use

Last updated: 5 August 2026

These terms cover the strAImer application, this website and the account. You accept them when you create an account or pay for a subscription. The application itself runs without an account, and using it that way needs no agreement with anyone.

What strAImer is

strAImer is a program for live streamers that runs on your own computer: interactives, overlays for OBS, a control panel and connections to streaming platforms. Your settings and your stream data stay on your machine. The account and the server exist for one reason — the AI features, which need a language model that cannot run on a home PC.

Who provides it

strAImer is developed and operated by an individual developer, reachable at straimer.com@gmail.com. There is no company behind it and no support department: letters are answered by the person who wrote the code.

What is free and what is paid

Everything that runs on your computer is free and stays free: modules, overlays, the control panel, platform connections, statistics. Money is charged for one thing — AI credits, which are spent when a language model or web search answers on our server. Current plans and prices are shown on the site and in your account. A price change applies from your next payment period; it never changes a period you have already paid for.

How the service may not be used

What the AI posts in your chat is published under your channel name, by your decision to switch it on, and answers to your viewers. You choose the prompt, the model and the moment; the responsibility for what appears on your stream is yours.

Streaming platforms and other services

strAImer is not affiliated with Twitch, YouTube, Kick, OBS Studio, DonationAlerts, DonatePay, Streamlabs or StreamElements, and is not endorsed by them. Their names are used only to say what the application connects to. When one of them changes its interface or goes down, the connection breaks on their side; we adapt as quickly as we can, but we cannot promise a date.

Modules

The application is assembled from modules, and new ones are installed from our catalogue. Every package is signed, and the application refuses to install one whose signature does not match — that is what protects you from a substituted file. Modules run in isolation from each other and ask the core for the rights they need, which the manifest lists openly.

Availability and changes

The product is in active development. Features appear, change and occasionally disappear, and there is no guaranteed uptime for the server part. If the server is unreachable, everything local keeps working — that is the point of a program that lives on your computer — and only AI answers stop. If AI features are discontinued entirely, the paid time you have not used comes back to you.

Your data

What is stored, what leaves your computer and what we can see is described in the Privacy Policy. Nothing on this page overrides it.

Liability

The application and the service are provided as they are. We do not promise that a particular feature suits your stream, that a platform will keep working the way it works today, or that a model will answer the way you expect. We are not liable for lost income, lost viewers or a stream that went wrong. Where money is concerned, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription over the previous twelve months. Rights that consumer law gives you and does not allow to be signed away stay with you regardless of this paragraph.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account that breaks the section above, and we explain why when we do. If the reason is a violation, the remaining paid period is not returned. You can close your account at any time by writing to us: the account, its keys and the snapshots stored with it are deleted, and the copy of the application on your computer is not affected.

Changes to these terms

Any change is published on this page and the date at the top changes. A change that affects what you pay for or what you may do is announced in the account before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
