A referral code did not work

There is nowhere to enter it

The card only appears when the code can actually be applied. It is missing for three reasons, and all three are the rule working rather than a fault:

• A code has already been applied to this account. One per account, and it does not change.
• The account has already paid for a subscription at some point. Codes are for accounts that have not paid yet.
• This sign-in has been here before. An account was once created with this Twitch or Google and later deleted. A new account on the same sign-in is not new to strAImer.

If none of the three is true and the card is still missing, that is worth a support request.

"Codes are for new accounts, and this one has already paid"

Exactly what it says: this account has a successful payment in its history, so a code can no longer be attached to it. Nothing to fix — the bonus is meant for people arriving for the first time.

"Codes are for people new to strAImer. This sign-in has been here before."

An account was once created with this Twitch or Google sign-in and then deleted. The new account is a fresh start, but not a first arrival, so a code cannot be attached to it. This is a rule, and support cannot lift it.

Clicked the link and nothing happened

The link does not add credits by itself. It remembers the code in the browser and applies it when you sign in. So:

• if you were signed out, sign in and the code is applied on the way;
• if you clicked the link on a phone and installed the app on a computer, the browser that remembered it is the wrong one. Open the cabinet on the computer and type the code by hand — see the guide "Partner Program", section "Entering someone else's code";
• if the browser is set to clear site data, nothing is remembered at all. Typing works.

When the code is remembered, it appears already filled into the field, and only Apply remains.

Entered it, and the credits are not visible

The 300 credits arrive immediately and go into the non-expiring part of the balance. Look at the credit history in the cabinet: the line is there even if the total on the screen was read a moment earlier.

The 1,500 second half arrives only with the first paid subscription, not with the code.

I brought people but earned nothing

A person who uses your code brings credits at two moments, and each has its own condition:

• 200 credits when they sign in to strAImer from the app, once per person, whether or not they ever pay. A code typed on the site by someone who never signs in from the app brings nothing. If they signed in to the app first and entered your code afterwards, the 200 arrive at once, when the code is applied.
• 20% of their plan's monthly credits for each month they are on a paid plan. The first arrives within about a quarter of an hour of their payment, then one per calendar month while they stay subscribed, up to twelve. Someone who stays on the free plan brings only the 200.

You never see who used your code, only the counts on the Partner tab. If someone has been paying for over a month and Credits earned has not moved, that is worth a support request.

Link visits stay at zero

Automated previews are filtered out — the ones messengers and search engines send when a link is posted. A link that only bots have touched shows zero, and that is correct.

Your own clicks may also be missing: a browser that reports itself as automated is filtered by the same rule.
