A referral code did not work

There is nowhere to enter it

The card only appears when the code can actually be applied. It is missing for two reasons, and both are the rule working rather than a fault:

• A code has already been applied to this account. One per account, and it does not change.
• The account has already paid for a subscription at some point. Codes are for accounts that have not paid yet.

If neither is true and the card is still missing, that is worth a support request.

"Codes are for new accounts, and this one has already paid"

Exactly what it says: this account has a successful payment in its history, so a code can no longer be attached to it. Nothing to fix — the bonus is meant for people arriving for the first time.

Clicked the link and nothing happened

The link does not add credits by itself. It remembers the code in the browser and applies it when you sign in. So:

• if you were signed out, sign in and the code is applied on the way;
• if you clicked the link on a phone and installed the app on a computer, the browser that remembered it is the wrong one. Open the cabinet on the computer and type the code by hand — see the guide "Partner Program", section "Entering someone else's code";
• if the browser is set to clear site data, nothing is remembered at all. Typing works.

When the code is remembered, it appears already filled into the field, and only Apply remains.

Entered it, and the credits are not visible

The 300 credits arrive immediately and go into the non-expiring part of the balance. Look at the credit history in the cabinet: the line is there even if the total on the screen was read a moment earlier.

The 1,500 second half arrives only with the first paid subscription, not with the code.

I brought people but earned nothing

Two things are true at once, and both are normal:

• Only paid months count. A person who entered your code and stays on the free plan earns you nothing at all.
• Accrual happens once a month, not at the moment of payment. It is credited during the month the person is subscribed, not immediately after their card is charged.

If someone has been paying for over a month and the number has not moved, that is worth a support request.

Link visits stay at zero

Automated previews are filtered out — the ones messengers and search engines send when a link is posted. A link that only bots have touched shows zero, and that is correct.

Your own clicks may also be missing: a browser that reports itself as automated is filtered by the same rule.
