Where the pages are
Platforms live in the sidebar under Connections → Channels. A second account used only for sending chat messages lives under Connections → Bots.
Every card shows a badge: CONNECTED, CONNECTING…, SIGN-IN REQUIRED or ERROR. When it says SIGN-IN REQUIRED, the card's main button changes to Reconnect.
How signing in works
Signing in always happens in the browser. Press the button on the platform's page, finish in the browser window that opens, and come back. There is no field for pasting a token anywhere, for any platform — if someone suggests entering one, that advice is wrong.
Twitch: granted permissions
Permissions are granted only at sign-in, so an account that signed in before a feature existed has no permission for it. The Twitch page shows Granted permissions with a tick or a cross per feature, and a warning with a Re-authorize button when something is missing. Re-authorizing is the only way to add them.
Kick: channel address and Chatroom ID
- The channel address is not the account name. Kick lowercases and hyphenates it — an account called
Some_Nameissome-namein the address. Use what appears in the browser address bar. - Kick's protection refuses the lookup. The app then cannot find the chatroom by itself. The Kick page has Advanced (manual) where the Chatroom ID can be entered by hand; this is the intended workaround, not a hack.
YouTube: chat arrives with the broadcast
The module reads the live chat of an ongoing broadcast. With no broadcast running there is nothing to read, and the app waits for one to start.
Disconnect versus Remove connection
Disconnect turns the module off and keeps the stored access. Remove connection (the bin icon) wipes everything the module stored, including access — after it, signing in again is the only way back.
Not available
VK Play is not supported — there is no module for it. There is no notification when access expires: the streamer finds out by opening Connections → Channels.
